1. Our focus is on the Lord Jesus Christ. He is our great unifier and peacemaker.
2. Our longing is to encourage national ministry leaders and their spouses to press on by giving them time as a couple to grow their marriage and strengthen their ministries together. We intentionally include the spouses at our conferences because in many countries wives are often overlooked when it comes to their important role in ministry.
3. Our goal is to equip leaders by providing reproducible teaching and tools so that both individually and as couples, the participants are better able to equip others.
4. Our approach engages a wide range of participants from varying denominations and theological persuasions. We bring leaders together where they can form natural networks and support groups to enhance their ministries. They return to their homes with renewed courage and a connection with other like-minded leaders.
