1. We focus on Jesus Christ. He is our Savior, Lord, teacher, great unifier and peacemaker. (Galatians 3:26-28)
2. We serve both national ministry leaders and their spouse to press on by giving them time together as a couple to grow their marriage and strengthen their ministries. We intentionally include the spouses at our training conferences because in many countries they are often overlooked when it comes to their important role as partners in ministry. (Matthew 19:5-6)
3. We encourage each pastoral couple and ministry leader by serving them in ways that demonstrate how much they are deeply loved by God and His church throughout the world. (Colossians 2:2-3)
4. We equip leaders to be effective Gospel messengers by providing reproducible teaching and tools so that both individually and as couples they can effectively equip others. (2 Timothy 2:2)
5. We engage a wide range of participants from varying denominations and theological persuasions. We bring leaders together where they can form natural networks and support groups to enhance their ministries. They return to their homes with renewed courage and a connection with other like-minded leaders. (Ephesians 4:1-5)
