Perú – Pastoral Couples Training
February 12 – 22, 2026
Description: This will be our third conference in this region of Peru and now working more closely with Pastor Fredy Condori and the Evangelical Church Association. The purpose is to foster spiritual renewal, strengthen marriages and enhance unity amongst the body of Christ in the region to promote sustained leadership in the church.
Theme: Thriving Together – Healthy Marriages, Healthy Ministries

Eastern European Leaders – Strategic Planning
March 7 – 15, 2026
Description: This will be our third gathering with the Eastern European leaders and our main objectives will be to continue to strengthen our personal relationships, review our regional and national goals and to set specific action steps to achieve these.

Latin American Leaders – Strategic Planning
May 10 – 17, 2026
Description: Over the past several years Pastor William and Ruth have been personally mentoring several of our host couples throughout Latin America. This has included inviting them to participate in other conferences to see how they are structured and to learn from one another. Now it is time to bring them all together to strengthen our relationships, unify our standards and develop national and regional vision to direct our future strategies.

Ukraine – Pastoral Families Retreat
June 11 – 22, 2026
Description: War tests everything with the single aim of destroying us. Resilience is the character of being able to stretch and adjust as needed through difficult times without losing our essential qualities and purpose. It is a key trait for all who wish to finish well the race set before them. In this second Retreat for pastoral and leadership families in Ukraine we want to provide a place of rest, restoration and resilience building for families who have been faithfully living out and proclaiming Gospel there.

Tanzania – Pastoral Couples Training
July 1 – 9, 2026
Description: Chris and Lorrin Kasale have continued to develop and encourage a ministry to pastoral couples in northern Zambia. As a result, they have connected with other pastoral couples in Tanzania who have expressed a great need for the ministry amongst hundreds of pastoral couples within their networks.

Belarus – Pastoral Couples Training
July 30 – August 10, 2026
Description: There are many things that distract the body of Christ in Belarus from fulfilling its calling to be salt and light. A neighboring war, economic challenges, and marital conflict, amongst other things can easily cause pastors to lose sight of their vision and purpose. In this fourth training conference new couples are invited to grow their communication, relational and ministry skills so they can train others and overcome the obstacles that they face on a daily basis.

Paraguay – Pastoral Couples Training
August 15 – 24, 2026
Description: A small group of pastoral couples from Paraguay attended the Argentina conference and have asked that we would help them serve the pastoral couples in their country. They have a strong desire to foster unity among pastors from across the body of Christ that would mobilize the church to revival and witness throughout the nation.
Theme: Unity in Diversity – Ephesians

20th Anniversary Celebration Banquet
October 22, 2026
Description: We want to Celebrate and praise God for the many ways that He has Encouraged, Equipped and Engaged pastoral couples and leaders to stay the course and finish well over the past 20 years through the faithful leaders, volunteers, donors and prayer partners of Shepherds’ Support. Come join us for this wonderful time to make much of Jesus and all that He has done, is doing and will do through the lives of His Shepherds throughout the world!

Description: This is a strategic gathering of key ministry leaders from throughout the country that are involved in a wide variety of wholistic ministry aimed at developing DMMs. Shepherds’ Support has been invited to represent and strategize the development of sustainable next generation pastors and ministry leaders.
